Please explain crowd levels

I have been during "9/10" days...spring break...and i know how long lines can get. This year I am going at the end of Aug which are "3" and "4" days. I know that nothing can be predicted but in real terms what will wait times be?

It depends on where you are getting the numbers. Most of the people who do this stuff explain it in their books or on their sites.

Also, the numbers can change before the day arrives.
