I just took a quick glance, but right away I can tell you that you won't have time for Tom Sawyer Island. Even if you arrive at Splash Mountain right at 1:30, you won't get to the ferry until 2:00ish. By the time you get to the island you'll have to turn right back around in order to find a spot for the parade.

Looks like a great plan to me! Just take note of your "must do's" and be flexible in case something comes up.

EDIT: I agree with the pp that you probably wont have time to do Tom Sawyer Island after Splash if you want to see the parade.

Looks good but I would move Country Bears to after Tom Sawyer Island depending on priority. This way if you have time before the parade you can do it or you can wait until later. Also try and go on Splash as close to 1:00 as possible and then try for a 4th FP for JC or PoTC. The lines could be long in the afternoon and this will save you time and allow you to do both attractions.

Enchanted Tales takes a little bit of time (with FP it should take less than 30 minutes, but maybe not), but it shouldn't matter much if you get to your BoG lunch a little late as it still functions as a quick service at lunch.

I'm not sure HOW slow you mean, but....everything seems to take longer than expected and add that to slow walking....I don't think you'll have time. it'll probably be almost 9:30 by the time you get off Peter Pan. Not sure you'll make it for 11am adr. It'll probably be 12:30 by the time you're done with Mickey's philharmagic....Haunted mansion will have a small wait (maybe 15-20 min plus the length of ride....
Definitely no time for Tom Sawyer Island. After parade looks good other than often theline for Jungle Cruise is 40+ minutes.....

Your sequence is good, you aren't criss crossing anywhere.

I do agree with the other pp's and the portion of the schedule between lunch and the parade is the most problematic. You will likely have to drop either County Bears or Tom Sawyer Island. The other option, if HM line is a bit long would be to skip it until after your Splash FP is done and then double back to the HM at the end of the day. Of course that adds more walking, so you'll had to take that into consideration.

if there are no no EMH I would only do wither peter of under the sea you will want to do 7d as soon as you can to make it over to bell e to do that as soon as you can since you have lunch for 11 you do not want then to cancel you for a no show if you come to late ( my friend came 20 minutes late and they did not let her in
I think there is a little too much between lunch ( if it takes you 30 to 45 minutes to eat that would give you an hour and a half to watch 2 shows and 1 ride so you may have to think about what is your must do there or what can we drop

I do not think you will be able to go to tom sawyer island I would skip that and after splash find a place to sit ( splash is about a 10 to 15 minute ride so if you go on right at 1 then you are getting off st 130 )so maybe do what you do haunted mansion or country bears and I would try and have a place to sit at lest 30 to 45 minute before the parade

swiss family tree house is a LOT and I mean a LOT of walking steps I was tired after doing it and really did not like it I was just thinking when is this going to be over your daughter might like it

so I would take those things out or have it there for just in case we have time
