Some thoughts:

• I wouldn't plan on riding splash mountain right before lunch. You'll be wet and freeze in the air conditioning.
• Try to do the Jungle Cruise at night - it's so much better after dark. So is BTMRR.
• You can probably make your 7DMT FP for 10:30.
• No Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin???
• At animal Kingdom, save the trails for later in the afternoon. I do the park in two laps, starting with Expedition Everest. On the first lap, do the rides. on the second lap, see the trails and the shows. Include a FP for Kali River Rapids in the afternoon, too (it's too cold in the morning.)
• You need to add Festival of the Lion King to your AK plans.

I would do Big Thunder, then Splash, then go on to Pirates. Seems silly to me to trek over to Adventureland then back to Splash. It's not THAT far, but far enough that it seems like you may waste some time there.

I wonder if your Party day is a bit too long. RD to midnight with only a short break is a long day. Well, for my family it would be too long.

Nancy56- the day bf and day after are chill days and my girls are pretty good about long days as long as there's stuff going on!! I'm ready to bail at any sign of breakdown!!!

I would see it on your first MK day and skip going back to the hotel. Going back for such a short time will destroy everyone's momentum, but not give you enough time to rest.

Karin- I agree with Alesia, if the kids are good with a long day anyway, I would not leave the park. There are places and ways to cool off and relax without spending so much time in transit, and then you could see the parade. It is really a good one, and if it is possibel to work it in I would

You can change in the bathrooms. There's plenty of room.

Why don't you drop you plan into touring plans and see what it says about wait times? I actually think you can fit more into your non MNSSHP day at MK if you want but touring plans will tell you better than I can. It just can't tell you about MNSSHP.

Also with the 7DMT FP you have to kind of get what you get. Be prepared to move 7DMT around.
