Does one need to make ADR's for this or is it counter service??

It is table service and yes, you can make a reservation.

It is table service and they have terrific sandwiches, great shakes and out of this world sundaes. My DH and I have made it a must visit every trip starting about three years ago. We always make ADR's and we did noticed that they turned people away last year when we had dinner there. I think our ADR was at 4:45 or 5:00 and they were booked until closing (we were there for free dining).
