At WDW going to BOG before park opens allows you to be at front of line before park opens. Is this a possibility for Plaza Inn breakfast?

They do have times before park open, but it's not the same as an early breakfast at WDW. It's not a full hour ahead of park open, maybe 40 or 50 minutes depending on whether it's a Magic Morning in DL or not? Photopoass typically is not out and there's a rope across Main Street limiting access to the Hub and castle.
