Have your kids enjoyed this meal? How was the food? Do you prefer breakfast or lunch?

thanks!

WE LOVED the breakfast. Even my extremely picky father liked it. The food is the best of any buffett we have had so far. We have been to Breakfastasaurus and CM we enjoyed the food at Donalds and the Character interaction at CM (but the food was aweful!). We have yet to do CP though. (next trip!) We are repeating this on our sept trip. You cannot beat the character interaction. They do something (sind, dance games or train around the restaurant) every 15 minutes. And in between they walk around and actually play with the kids. June sat with us and colored with my stepdaughter. That was my favorite moment of the entire trip.
The funny part is that my step daughter was 9 and we were going to skip it. Just let my sister and her family go while we did something else. But that night DH got really really sick and he did not want tro go to any park that morning so we decided that we would join the others at breakfast. We were so glad that we did.
Have fun.

I just noticed your little China princess! Congratulations! We are hoping ours will be home in time to join us too! We have been waiting forever (as you can see by the ticker!)
Also we will be at WDW at the same time!

We loved our Playhouse Disney lunch!! My DS (2) loves the Little Einsteins and he was thrilled to dance with Leo!! The food was great and the restaurant was not overcrowded. The only negative I can think of is that the dance party takes place every 10 or 15 minutes and it is hard to get the kiddos to concentrate on eating...

We had lunch there the first week of April 07. We also loved it. We had 11:45 ADR and one buffet still had breakfast items and the other had lunch items. We were able to try both. I thought the food was great. My boys had a wonderful time. We have also done CM, I thought H&V was a little more intimate.

We had the BEST time at this buffet. My princess-loving daughter asked if we could please eat here again at our next trip. She of the princess meals says that the Playhouse Disney brunch is her all time favorite thing at WDW. My son had a great time as well. It was nice to eat somewhere that both kids could enjoy some character interaction.

We originally had early breakfast ADRs, but cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for around 11:30 a.m. that day (and in the midst of free dining, no less). When we were seated, breakfast was still out but they changed over to lunch while we were there. It was the best of both worlds, and we have the same time scheduled for our next trip.
