Out of the 5 weddings we attended this summer I think 3 of the father-daughter dances were to "I Loved Her First" FYI.

Yeah, I know it's popular...but I still love that song *shrugs*. I have a while to pick though lol.

So, I dropped DBF off at the airport this morning at 5:30 and he just texted me that he landed in Chicago I was pretty nervous because the weather was super crappy this morning, but he got there just fine, even though his flight was super bumpy and a bit rough. Poor boy is so nervous and anxious though His first interview is as soon as he gets to the company from the airport and he supposedly has a second interview after that So, wish him/us luck and cross your fingers for us! I'll keep you guys updated Hopefully they will be like "James, you are amazing! Here is a job!" Hey, I can wish right?

Great to her your DBF got to Chicago okay! That's awesome that they sent a limo to pick him up! That HAS to be a good sign!

My parents and I are not close at all!!
My mom paid for my first wedding, hence wedding, not marriage...
The day of we decided that things were fine just the way they were. But hey our friends had a good dinner & music.
So we will pay for everything. We have talked about it.
I won't have a daddy/daughter dance, maybe a mother/son dance with my oldest as he will be the one walking me down.
BB's first wedding was in Vegas. I don't know all of the details but nothing fancy. just his parents, his sister & bil, her parents and the children & i think her brothers & sisters.
So we both talked and someday we want the WHOLE thing!!

Ya rainy here too. I have an insane amount of work, that's why the laptop came home. We are doing movies today and dinner with my parents. Yucky rain...at least it isn't snow!

Not sure...he wanted to see Max Pane but thank god i talked him out of it...it got AWFUL reviews. Maybe The Express??? I want to see Nights in Rodanthe but I haven't finished the book yet so that's out.

What is everyone up to this weekend? I'm driving down to Palm Beach with my best friend #2 in a few hours to go to my best friend #1's birthday costume party. I'm going to be a pirate not exactly original, but I threw it together yesterday and I really just needed an excuse to run around with a bottle of Captain My #2 is going to be Jackie Moon from Semi-Pro If only DBF had been able to go, I would have forced DBF, #1 and #2 to be the Channel 4 News Team from Anchorman

Hey hey hey! I'm SUPPOSE to be cleaning, but the DIS is so much more fun!

My weekend so far is pretty lame, just like all other weekends lol. That's the life of the unemployed! But tomorrow, my BF is coming into town with his brother and he might take my sister and I to see HSM3. My sister doesn't know yet, but she will be the happiest 10 year old in South Florida if he does lol. That is, of course, if the movies aren't already sold out.
