Planning Video

I am in the initial stages of planning a trip to Florida in March 2004. This will be our first time to visit Universal Studios. I'm not quite sure where to start! Does anyone know if they offer a vacation planning video, and if so, how do I order one?

Good question! Im currently wondering the same thing! I remember the had one about a year ago and the number was 1-800-UESCAPE but i called that recently and all they said was please visit our website at www.universalstudios.com... so im not sure whats going on... id really like a movie... does anyone else know anything???

I can tell you that I went to the website and ordered the video several months back. It came unfortunately, the thing did not work in the VRC. We figured must be a bad tape and sent for a second one. Same thing happened.

We requested their video but never received it, a major disappointment. On arrival at Vistana Villages, part of the welcome package was the Universal Video. It was late getting to us but still got us very excited about their parks.

I read that the videos are meant for Europe and do not work in US VCR's. I also read that they are now only sending them to the UK. Can anyone confirm this?

You might want to pick up a Universal travel guide book. The author (Kelly Monihan (sp?)) of one book roams around this site.
