How long did it take you to get your planning video it's been three weeks should I order again?

I called them the other day about something else then remembered I haven't gotten the planning video yet. I ordered it 12-15 and the rep said it takes 4-6 weeks. So to answer your question - no.

I don't remember what date I ordered ours, but I think it took a good month.

It's a NEW video, and quite entertaining!! My DS wants to watch it every night before bed.

It's the same one as last year. I ordered mine on Christmas day and it just arrived yesterday. But I was so disappointed that it wasn't a new one.
