ok. Long and short of it. Does Soarin typically have day of fast pass plus availability? I’d like to avoid the zoo of rope drop with Soarin so I think we’re heading to test track instead and I definitely want FEA. Our day is 60+3 so I’m pretty confident at my capabilities to secure it. Our Epcot day is a five out of ten on touring plans if that matters. I’m going to aim for a 11am FEA fast pass with all our fast passes being done by noon. Is it doable to snag a soarin fast pass after 12?

You should not experience a “zoo” with Soarin rope drop.

I think you have a decent shot. Depending on your party size, break it up to improve your chances.

When we went Soarin and Test Track were all available for 4th, 5th, and even 6th FP. There won't be a zoo at Soarin Rope Drop. To be honest, in September when we went, we rope dropped Soarin, went to Frozen (5 minute wait) did it twice in a row (could have done it more), then FP Test Track at 10:50. It was honestly, my favorite plan compared to when we RD Test Track (by the time we got there because we were in the back of the pack it was a 60 minute wait).

We have always done Soaring at RD and then TT with a FP. We usually do FEA on a different day, unless the line is short. With this approach, Soarin is usually under a 10 minute wait at worst. I am reading more suggestions of RD TT, then walk over to Soarin and FP FEA. The line at TT is short at RD and the line at Soarin is supposedly not too long yet. Haven't tried it, but sounds interesting to try.

Soarin' is easy to get at a 4th, 5th, etc...FP+. It's also a straight walk on ride nearly closing. We don't do rope drops anymore, but if you want to ride the "big 3" at Epcot and just use one FP+ it's easy.

At rope drop, quickly go to Test Track. Then walk to FEA, it's not a far walk, and ride standby. Then use a FP+ for Soarin'. You can get all 3 done within an hour, probably less.

We are going in through the IG. Would it make more sense to RD FEA, and then TT? We have our FPs tied up in AK that afternoon, but I do want to get both done.
