Can anyone tell me what days of the week the planning sessions are? What about times? Do they do any appointments after 4pm, do they have set times and dates, or is it up to your planner?

They do PS Monday-Friday. I believe that the times are 9-1 or 1-5. HTH!!

That is correct --

We just booked ours and we had a choice of Monday-Friday (no weekends, bummer)

and times are:
morning appointment: 9am - 1pm
afternoon appointment is 1pm - 5pm.

It is depending on you planners schedule and other events happening that day!

Hope this helps

Thanks! One more question, I hope you don't mind. How long does the session usually last?

Depending on how complex your wedding is, from 2 hours up to 4 hours (not including menu tasting and/or site visit). :thumbsup2

Our planner told us to plan on about 4 hours, since we are doing a fully customized wedding (flowers, cake, menu etc.)..

Since they are booked from 9-4 or 1-5 --- I would assume to plan for the entire time..

We just had ours today. I went in with all my decisions made, so I just basically said "this is what we want" and it still took about 3 1/2 hours. But it really does fly by when you're in there. We also didn't do a site visit or tasting today. Just the planning session. :)

My PS is June 9th. My planner told me we will be at Francks from 9-1 and then going to the boardwalk for a tasting from 1-3 and then I am doing my site visits after that so its an all day thing for me.
