Hi! Planning to go to Universal from Disney in August this year. We are going to leave Disney in the wee hours of the morning then check-in early to take advantage of Harry Potter early entry. You guys already helped me with that one.:) So a couple more questions....

1) I booked August 23 HRH just for one night for the express pass benefit. The night cost $244 plus fees etc. Is this a good rate or should I keep checking for cheaper?

2) My son would like to go to see the Blue Man Group. Is it better to buy the 2 Day Park to Park with Blue Man Ticket combo offered on the Universal site or purchase them separately? I did not see much difference in the Undercover Tourist ticket prices compared to the Universal site. Do discounted Blue Man tickets exist? Is the show worth the price? Seating recommendation?

3) When do they usually post the August park hours? The Blue man show starts at 8pm Thurs August 23 but on Friday it is at 9pm. Just trying to figure out which is best.

4) When we check out Friday we intended to leave our luggage either at guest services or in our rental car parked at the HRH while we enjoy the parks. Will the hotel allow us to leave our car parked at the hotel until later that evening....possibly after the Blue Man show if we reserve it at 9pm???

Thanks soooo much....... Amy:flower3:

I only know the answer to this one, which is yes.

That is great news...thanks!!

I just registered for the mousesavers newsletter after reading some more threads here that indicated that UT tickets may be a little cheaper if accessed this way.

I love these forums!!:thumbsup2

I've not ever bought from UT, but everyone here speaks highly of them. I know they can save you money on multi-day tickets, but apparently not on one-days.

The only caveat to my above answer is if you're there past midnight on the day you check out. I don't think you'll be there that long (never done BMG), but there's a possibility you may incur an additional day's charge. Someone else may be along to answer that case.

Have fun when you go!
