06-30-2008 - Clothing Ideas

I've been spending some time on the Creative Dis - looking at different designs, thinking of ideas and wanted to post what I've found here. I haven't fully decided on what we are doing yet, but here is what I've been thinking:

Traveling Day
Henry:

DH & I will just do something comfy!

DHS - Pixar Theme

Henry:

DH: I will ask for a DISign using the Pixar lamp logo.
Me: I will ask for a DISign with Jesse, the Cowgirl from Toy Story.

MK - Mickey & Pals
Henry (he likes this one, he wouldn't take his hands off while I took the pic!):

DH: Vintage Mickey, made on Zazzle.com
Me: Vintage Minnie, made on Zazzle.com
(I still have yet to make these, if I can, I'll post a proof once they are made)

Henry's Birthday Dinner, made for me on the Creative board!

I have this adorable shirt for Henry, from DisneyBride!

I was thinking it would be fun to carry on the Mickey head theme into DH and my shirts, just not sure how I want to do it yet.

And I really like this one - done in Henry of course.

And we also have this denim looking Pooh shirt, but I think it will be too small come November:

That's all I have so far...a few other ideas floating around too. I have to do some more digging through those amazing Creative DIS threads!

I love the one Henry couldn't take his hand off of! Isn't zazzle just the coolest thing, I love it.

Yep, 7 months. He's crawling like crazy! All over! Totally the same thing. He's pulling himself up to standing and stuff. He has one of those little lawn-mower-esque toys and keeps standing up and pushing it, but he doesn't get to move his feet, so then he falls down on his face.

I know! Time totally flies by once you start actually sleeping and stuff. I mean, the first few months were so dragging on because I hadn't slept in days, but now, it's flying by! I mean, we only have 47 days left until Disney, and when we started, we were at, like, 130.

Henry started pulling himself up and standing (with support) this past weekend. He was around some walking kids, so it's like he was watching them and trying to figure it all out.

I cannot wait until we are in the double-digits for Disney, right now we are at 132 days. Sigh.

I like that onesie too-my DMIL picked it up for Henry, knowing he is going to Disney in November. She's always got her eyes out for stuff for him at garage sales.

Zazzle...Yes, I LOVE it! It's so much fun. I've logged quite a few hours on there and about to spend some more time there. Thank you again for pointing me to it!

Aw, thanks! The other day I had him in just his diaper. I LOVE that soft baby skin of his-it was hot out and we were just bummin' at home, so I just left him in a diaper after changing him! He looked pretty darn cute...

I KNOW I had a 'worn' looking Mickey Mouse t-shirt made on Zazzle.com, now I cannot find that same design. It's exactly what I wanted for DH, and then a Minnie for me. I'll have to look again when I can keep my eyes open for longer.

For now, off to bed for me!

The past 2 days at work have just been unreal--sooooo busy so I haven't been able to do ANY Disney planning! But, my co-worker comes back on Monday, so hopefully that slows down and I'm not as exhausted in the evening. Then I can get this clothing planning wrapped up!

Thanks! Ya, you've been busy busy too lately, haven't you? Though I just realized you updated yesterday. Yea!! You did a great job babysitting, despite the short nap.

I hope to get some more planning done soon-I can see the next few months just flying by though...

I'm so sorry I haven't updated...I hope to make final decisions on the clothing tomorrow and then I'll post our designs. I made a bunch of shirts on Zazzle.com, but couldn't save the pictures...I want to have DH look at my ideas and see what he likes and I'll base the rest of the shirts off that!

07-10-2008 - Family Fun

Tonight while DH was feeding Henry he opened the hatbox that holds our Mickey ears to show Henry. That naturally turned into a photo session!

DH wouldn't let me put one of his straight-on shots on here..."This better not be on the internet!" I told him it would, but I'll be nice and just post this one:

I got in on the fun too!

DH is now watching 101 Dalmations (a WALL-E preview is on, we both want to go see it!) and I'm DISing.

It's a good night.

It is a fun night-I'm DISing and watching 101 Dalmations - "It's an All Dog Alert!" I haven't seen this movie in foreverrrr, it's so cute.

That picture you added to your signature is awesome! His arms up in air like that sort of reminds me of the "No Dancing" signs on the Disney rides!
