Hi, I have a Lowes Platinum card and have a ? I have not stayed at a Lowes hotel since I became Platinum and cannot find the answer to my questions. Will I be upgraded to club level? If I pay the 35$ for a suite upgrade how many will this room sleep. God Bless,Robin

Hi Robin,
I have the same question, but from reading this board for so long, it sounds like a hit and miss. I am hoping for the same as you, and will ask upon checkin, about the $35 upgrade, but some have received it and some have not. It seems to depend on the rate you are paying. I am paying entertainment rate so am not sure they will honor it. I don't think Club level is included though. Anyone?

I thought about writing you and asking you first, Its funny you responded thanks. We have decided to start planning a trip for late 2003 or early 2004. We really want to try Universal this time as well, but its all so new to me. I hope you can clue me in some when you return. Have a great trip! Robin

Don't you automatically get concierge with a suite? I think you do at DW. I have a gold card and it has the same $35 upgrade.
