I have been to WDW three times in mid-November, in 2002, 2003 and 2004. You have to be prepared for both warm and cool weather. My recollection is that we wore shorts and short sleeves just about every day, but I carried a sweater or light jacket and definitely needed it in the evenings. I don't think I ever needed to wear long pants, although I could have on some of the days without being too warm. (Contrast that with the trip we just returned from yesterday, where I wore long pants 3 days out of 8). My kids did swim, which meant I swam too. It wasn't horrible, but it was a bit cooler than I would have liked, even with the pools being heated. There was rain at least one day or a good part of one day on all of our November trips, but overall no complaints about the weather and the crowds were light. We were spoiled by our November trips - makes Spring Break time look pretty darn crowded!! Note that the hours will be shorter in November, but it won't take as long to get through the parks because of the lighter crowds.
