Here is my plan for our trip in April. Some days we have reservations so we can’t really switch, but curious if anyone would suggest a switch on the last two hopper days (Fri/Sat)? Thanks!!!

Sun-MK (Hoop Dee Doo)
Mon-Epcot (Teppan Edo)
Tue- HS (no reservations)
Wed- AK (Tusker House Breakfast) MK-EEH
Thur- Rest/Disney Springs
Fri- AK/Epcot (no reservations)
Sat- MK(Skipper Canteen but could change)/HS

Since you have already planned to do each park, your last days look fine. You can always switch day of and hop somewhere else. For that matter all your other days can be changed as well, you can always hop into whatever park you have ADRs for then hop back out to somewhere else. That's the good thing about hoppers, you really don't have to be tied down to anything.

I think it's possible to rest and then go to Disney Springs. We do this all the time.
