planning a trip to WDW?

Research as much as you can - use all the boards on here, not just the UK one. Don't do a package - you're unlikely to get a decent deal, unless you work for Virgin, or a travel agent.

At the moment, it seems a lot more reasonable to book onsite stays through Disney UK than the .com site, which hasn't always been the case.

Watch for deals for when you're going. Currently they're doing 14 nights for the price of ten on some places on and off site and you get a 14 night park ticket for the price of 7.

There's lots of info to absorb but it's fun. When I first found this site, many years ago, I didn't really have any intentions of going to WDW. Because Florida had received so much bad press in the media re - British tourists being killed, the idea terrified me. But by the time I'd read a few posts on this site, I became a regular visitor.

The cheapest i've found so far is booking the hotel and tickets with disney uk then booking the flights with either virgin or BA, theres only about £2 between the flights. I think all the planning for this holiday will be left up to me lol

Are you keen on very warm weather?
If not, then think about Later on in the year or beginning of the year.

i'm ok with warm weather i've been to mexico and borneo and managed not to wilt and die lol hopefully dbf went at a similar time of year when he was younger so hopefully we'll both be fine :thumbsup2

I think we finally have dates set :woohoo: 26th of august to 9th of september we'll hopefully get the flights booked with BA next weekend when ryan comes down to visit :yay: :woohoo: :woohoo: :yay:
