Planning a surprise! So lost so confused but very excited!

How was 2010? It was here and now it is gone. Ready to plan for a FUN 2011. After going through dates and locations, I finally have the date I wanted now just debating between Yacht Club, Boardwalk Inn, Polynesian or Grand Floridian. So basically it is between EPCOT Resort or the Monorail Resort since I need the Fireworks effect in one of those nights . This trip will be a 3 night trip. Not alot of Park activities. Just basically enjoying the resort and sorting out things kind of trip. So any advice, tips and helpful sights are all going to be appreciated!
