Planning a Birthday Trip

Hi! Sorry, I'm a bit of newbie here, so got a few questions.

I'm planning on taking DS to Disneyland for his 4th birthday in January. Will be our first trip out there (he's one of the biggest Disney addicts I know, so he'd hopefully enjoy it)

I was just wondering. What's the cheapest and easiest way to book? I've got a price of £547 for 3 nights, leaving from London and staying at the Hotel Cheyenne. (That includes 25% off, and he goes free, if I book through the website) Is this likely to be the cheapest price I can get, or is it cheaper to book everything individually? Is 3 nights likely to be too long?

It's also coming up with the option to book a seperate seat if he's under 4, yet he'll be a day over. Will he automatically be allocated a seat anyway? Bit confused about that, and will double check with Eurostar anyway; was just wondering if anyone had this before?

Also, for the January trippers, what do you usually take clothing wise? My niece said they just used layers and jeans, but I dread the worse anyway? Does it get much colder than England?

Some people find they can get it cheaper if they book it all seperately some find it cheaper to book a package.

3 nights in January should be enough as it will be quieter, although the parks will shut about 6-7pm during the week.

I don't think its any colder then the UK as they tend to have a similar climate to us.

We get the wind from Siberia so with that it's colder in Paris than in London when it's coming across

Depends on where you live in the UK. Further North you are the less of a difference you are going to have

I find start of Feb is often worse than Jan temperature wise re wind chill

Most people do find its cheaper to book the Eurostar direct (ie not with Disney) and then book the hotel/park tickets through Disney. Have a look and see on the Eurostar site (or call them) and find out how much your transport would be with them.

I think it is a couple of degrees warmer in Summer at DLP than here in the UK, and a couple of degrees colder in Winter.
