curious about the weather this time of year--being from southern california not used to the hurricanes, etc--so curious

thanks

November is still part of the hurrican season, but most storms seem to happen Sept./Oct. It really is hit or miss. I would still book because unlike land vacations, cruises are rarely, if ever cancelled due to weather. They will just change the itinerary around to sail into nicer weather.

We have vacationed twice in the Caribbean in early November -- once on St. Thomas, and once on the Wonder. The first year there was a hurricane the week after we came home. The second year there was a hurricane the week before we went. There was some damage at Blue Lagoon (a Nassau excursion spot). We're going at the same time this year, and will keep our fingers crossed!
