I can't remember which resteraunt served this. Could you please help my feeble mind and tell me? Also, I got my gallbladder out Monday, do you think I'll be ready for the rich steaks I've been reading about by mid June?

Cedar Plank Salmon is presented (beautifully) at WL's Artist Point. DH and I must dine there each trip, and the salmon's his favorite! Our last trip, the waitstaff presented him with the recipe and two planks of his own. He was over the moon.
