I would be first in line to buy DVC campsites!

I hope that this rumor is true. We have DVC points, but since we've bought our MH, we've been using our points for campsites at FW. It is a major pain using points there because it is considered an exchange and there are all kinds of rules and restrictions associated with exchanges. Plus there is very little availability. I am constantly telling member services that I wish there were DVC campsites. Sounds like a lot of other people have been telling them the same.

It’s probably true about a new hotel a friend that works there told me the same. But I find it funny Disney can sell out the hotels they have now so let just add more.

Bobby says the economic recovery isn't that good that they would start multiple projects. Next in line is developement of those long abandoned units near Pop Century. Bobby also says the maintenance guy who started this rumor has disappeared.

There is nothing about any plans for RC on the CM only website. So because info on all the other construction projects are on the website, I suspect that it is either too early and it hasn't been released, or that it's baloney.

Stakes could be there for different reasons. They don't always involve a construction project. I don't know if there is a construction project going on there, but IMO to base it on one CMs say so is not that reliable, need more. Do you know how long the stakes have been there?

We started seeing survey crews in Dec. lot more in Jan. in that area but the stake I have pics of just showed up last month
