We will stay at Hyatt House. Looks like not too far away from the M&F structure. Our flight will take off at 11:50 AM. Do you think leaving the hotel around 7 is early enough?

By 7 traffic will be clear and people won’t be leaving in droves yet. The walk starts at about 6am and the worst of the traffic is from 5:30-6ish as the late people scurry in. You can take Harbor straight to the 5 onramp and you’ll be fine.
