Placeholder to a TA

I was very disappointed to find out today that too much time had passed to give my placeholder to my TA. If itineraries were not available within the time frame there shouldn't be a cutoff date. She's an excellent TA and would have liked for her to get the booking. Didn't know that would be an issue.

All reservations -- whether a specific date or placeholder -- may only be transferred to a TA within 30 days of the booking date. Sorry you weren't aware

As noted, you have 30 days to transfer the reservation. It really doesn't matter whether the itineraries are out or not, if you want a TA to handle your reservation.
