We have a placeholder. I have read and was told it was good to use for up to 2 rooms on the same sailing, per placeholder. Is that correct?
The beginning of the terms states "The Disney Cruise Line Onboard Booking Offer allows Guests to make a Placeholder Reservation for a future Disney cruise". The offer is valid for up to two staterooms, the placeholder is not valid for up to two staterooms. A placeholder is a reservation which cannot be for more than one room.Disney terms & conditions for placeholders are not clear, it states "The offer is valid for up to 2 staterooms on one sail date per household on board regardless of the number of adults in the household. "
Would suggest when you ring up to book the two rooms with one placeholder and get turned down you ask to speak to a manager and point out terms are not clear, they might be willing to sell you a 2nd placeholder

The trouble is that Disney has multiply terms and conditions, look at terms and conditions atThe beginning of the terms states "The Disney Cruise Line Onboard Booking Offer allows Guests to make a Placeholder Reservation for a future Disney cruise". It is the case.Looking at these terms below, if you booked two placeholders on a cruise , they have to be used on one sail date, which I think is not the case
These are the same terms and conditions. The part you pasted is in the link. I'm not sure where you're seeing conflicting terms. The trouble is that Disney has multiply terms and conditions, look at terms and conditions at

Onboard Offer Terms and Conditions
The Disney Cruise Line Onboard Booking Offer allows Guests to make a Placeholder Reservation for a future Disney cruise and enjoy 10% savings off prevailing rates as quoted on disneycruise.com, plus enjoy a reduced deposit on sailings 7-nights and longer. The offer is valid for up to 2 staterooms on one sail date per household on board regardless of the number of adults in the household. This offer is valid for Categories 4 to 11 only. The cruise must commence within 24 months after the Placeholder Reservation was booked or the reservation will automatically cancel.

Based on the terms that is not allowed. In the past some people were allowed to use them for one room on both legs of a B2B, but I haven't seen anyone say they were able to do that recently. If I booked two placeholder reservations (was charge $250 x 2), would Disney allow them to be used for the same room on a back-to-back? Or would they only let it be used for the first leg of the back-to-back?
Yes, that is what the terms say.So just so I am clear- If i buy 2 place holders on one cruise- they would both have to be used on the same cruise in the future? I can't book 1 cabin on 2 separate cruises with them.
Yes, that is what the terms say.
No seeing conflicting terms, just a term that misses out the the bit about you needing two placeholders to book two roomsThese are the same terms and conditions. The part you pasted is in the link. I'm not sure where you're seeing conflicting terms.

I was able to in Jan 2023 (booked some time in 2022) but that’s not the official policy. You can get two, and if the answer is no you can still use the $250 towards your deposit on the cheaper part of the b2b.Based on the terms that is not allowed. I'm not sure what you mean when you say the terms aren't the same. You are correct that it does not specifically say you need two placeholders if you want to book two rooms. It is made more clear when you actually purchase your placeholder, though. And "offer is valid for up to 2 staterooms on one sail date" is absolutely the case. The OFFER is valid for up to two staterooms but a PLACEHOLDER is not.Terms are not the same, below are the full terms of the Onboard Offer Terms & Conditions, no where in these terms does it say two placeholders required for two rooms, hence the confusion as these terms state offer is valid for up to 2 staterooms on one sail date, which is not the case.
Each stateroom, when you book cruises, is it's own reservation. So, if you want 2 staterooms, you must purchase 2 placeholders.offer is valid for up to 2 staterooms on one sail date
