Placeholder how-to?

Please help. I have a Placeholder from our last cruise this past August. I designated Costco as my TA. The itineraries for early 2018 are being released on the 27th. We know we want to sail either in January to February 2018 on an Eastern Caribbean sailing.

What are the steps I need to take now to book the Cruise?

Do I call Costco Travel directly and tell them which cruise and cabin I want?

I assume costco will know how to apply the Placeholder deposit?

Yes, correct. Can't hurt to call Costco today and make sure they connect with DCL in advance (before the lines get jammed) that DCL sees and confirms Costco as your TA. We did that right after our cruise to make sure that Disney had communicated to them (they hadn't, but Costco travel confirmed that Disney had Costco registered as the TA)
