Go to the Concierge. They can access your account! Good luck!!

Plus, the app was updated. You may want to install the update or just uninstall-install and hopefully that will help you.

Thank you! I finally got it to work and took screenshots. I had been changing things on the fly like crazy and wasn't taking new shots. Lesson learned!
