My wife and I are driving down late the friday night before our WDW vacation and would like to find a very inexpensive decent place to stay off property. Any suggestions?

Hello,
Check out the recent on Seralago Hotel & Suites to see if that may meet your needs. We use it quite often for our arrival night.

Not sure your hotel class, price requirements but.. You could maybe luck into a lowball Priceline bid??? FWIW.

This is kinda fun. We used Priceline to get our first night's stay in 2005 and got a rate of $45 at Sheraton Studio City Hotel (Universal Vicinity). We were very pleased and enjoyed our short stay.

We've done the same for our May trip. We put in a $50 bid and got a reservation at Radisson Worldgate. I'm a bit nervous about this one. I've read a few reviews, with none of them giving me a "Wow!" feeling about the hotel. Then again, it's only for one night, and after our stay we'll know whether or not to ever stay there again.

I have found Fairfield Inn by Marriott and Holiday Inn Express to be nice, clean, decent places that are great for a 1 nt stay. Both include free breakfast too.
I usually search on Hotwire though. You could probably get a 4* hotel for less than the regular price of either of the above mentioned chain hotels.
