Hi:
A member of my son's group has PKU which is an extremely restrictive diet. She cannot have any protein which means no meat, no dairy, no fish no wheat. It's easier to list what she can eat. Does anyone know what she can do in regards to being able to eat at the restaurants? Perhaps a phone number to call WDW to discuss it with them?

I am going to move this over to the disABILITIES forum. They have tons of experience with just about every restrictive diet under the sun. I am sure that a helpful Dis'er can help you out over there.
