It's too bad the plan with the Grand didn't work, but your new plan looks good! I think you will appreciate the break!
I'm sorry to hear about the Grand 1 not working out. I didn't realize you had to book it for a minimum of 2 hours. Perhaps it's because it's the holidays?
The extended reception sounds nice though. It will give you time to relax and mingle with your guests more.

Your timeline looks great! I can't wait to see pictures of Sago and your DP!!
I tell you what though, if you don't check the boards every day, it takes forever to catch up on all my subbed PJ's!!![]()
Just spoken to lovely Kathleen, we are going to extend the cake/champagne reception that you get with an Escape package for an extra hour and maybe have a few nibbles to eat, she is sending me a menu now. If we want the violinist to stay its an extra $175 so not sure about that.
Oooh I didnt know you could do that - thats a really good idea![]()
I'm really sorry you weren't able to book the grand 1 Claire. Does it always have a 2 hour minimum? I hadn't heard that beforeIt sounds great though that they let you extend the reception and add in veggies... I think your guests will really enjoy that
All your ADR's sound great!
Yay for the ADRs you booked.so exciting when you have surprises for them!!!
That's great about extending the cake reception!!! I would definitely want to do that if I was having a later ceremony! The violin price doesn't seem to bad, although I'm not sure if it is really necessary.
Sounds like a fab idea with the cake reception! Nice one for booking the driving experience too. I've been trying to think of something to do for Tim as a surprise but not sure the funds will stretch to it.
He'll have to make do with me![]()
That's such a shame that you weren't able to get the Grand I, but I think the extended cake reception is a great alternative.
Your ADR's sound great and I think your DF will love his surprise!
I'm sorry you're having a rough week hun. I can't believe they couldn't just email you back... seems wierd. I mean you're the bride!
