I agree, what's up with Papa John's,it's not that it's unedible but it's like saying McDonalds has some of the best burgers in Orlando,of course we eat there but it can't be categorized as a "best".As far as Uno's,I still do like it especially since I live in a Chicago style pizza free zone,(if anyone wants to open an Uno or Giordano's in S.Fla come on down as there are none).Uno's apparently has a technique for cooking their deep dish pizzas faster which don't make for a bad pizza but I feel the depth of the pizza is not what it used to be,seems a bit thinner than Giordano's where you have to wait over 30 minutes for it to come out of the oven.
