Why is the week or March 17th now a blackout date? What is going on then?

That week is spring break for Orange county schools. It will be VERY busy at the parks as locals will be out of school.

Spring break all over Florida for many school districts. I'm actually surprised only one week in March is blocked out.

March is peak season for spring breaks in the Southeast, snow birds, people wanting to tour when it isn't hot. It's a busy time.
