dh was called in for a meeting with the owner and VP of his company its a fairly large general contracting construction company in NE. Anyway dh has been with the company almost 3 years he is a general superintendent on the job site. well he has never got a raise,or bonus, he is salary so his check is the same every week despite working almost 50-60 hours. Last year the job he ran made the most money for the company out of all their jobs.

I am hoping its good news but dh keeps saying its the "construction business " you never know.

just so nervous he has been laid off in the past, please pass along some pixie dust!!!!!!!
