Ours isn't even up for sale yet. Its not really got kerb appeal but there isn't anything wrong with it either. We do have off road parking though which is very rare, its got a new kitchen and bathroom and a huge living room. Fingers crossed it sells quickly. It should be a short chain as a first time buyer is the likely purchaser and then the person we are buying off has moved into a home.
That's good news. I've got my mum's house on the market at the moment and although it's true the market has slowed right down we have had a few viewers. Fingers crossed you get a buyer quickly.
