Pixie dust from AKL

Hi Everyone,
Some of you were very encouraging to me while I tried for 2 months, by calling every day, to get a savannah view for our April trip. I finally gave up the day before we got there, since they kept saying they were sold out. My last ditch attempt was when we checked in and I asked if there were any available. The CM said no, we are sold out. When they looked at my room number, they informed me I was already in a savannah view!!!!!!!!! I was thrilled!! I did not have to pay any extra for the upgrade! Pixie dust and prayers combined for a great room and a perfect time at AKL. To top it all off, we were given the DreamPass Fast Pass at AK for being in the right place at the right time! It was a very magical time.

We were calling every week, since switching from POR to AKL in Feb. I even got my DH to call on his birthday and beg. (thought maybe he'd have some birthday luck) We were only able to book a standard, when we really wanted bunks, with either pool or savannah view. Always got the same story...sold out. Same story at check in, but we were thrilled when we opened the door and saw our breathtaking view. Our son and daughter were equally thrilled to find out they had bunks. What a great start to our vacation.
