Pixar Play Parade direction

The two times I've seen the Pixar Play Parade it ran from Sunshine Plaza to Paradise Pier. Is this always the case or does it sometimes go from the back of the park to the front?

It always goes from Sunshine Plaza --> Paradise Pier. It doesnt go the other way. It has never gone the other way before.
