Pirates of the Carribean Online?

Does anyone know what this is? It states it is a MMORPG it its own right, not a supplement to VMK like Yeti Vision or Buzz. Anyone know anything?

Looks like the game is going to be like Toontown. A multi-player game and you will have to pay a subcription fee. Due out this summer and I think in no way realated to vmk; just promoting the movie due out this summer also.
