I'm considering making a reservation for The Pirate's League for my son this fall. Problem is, face paint often breaks him out. I see they do "facial effects" and if it is just something small, he'd probably be fine, but I cant' find anywhere that shows what the five choices are. Has anyone seen this information anywhere?

ETA: Well, figures. Seconds after I finally gave up looking and posted this, I found it.

When they say facial effect they just mean the choices for the face painting, most are based on pirates (first mate) and seem to be just a painted on beard or mustache and a little eye makeup. There is a skeleton one aswell but thats a full face of paint which prob wont suit and the other option is jake from the tv show and captain jack when he has the eyes on his face. Im sure if you explain that your sons skin is a bit sensitive then they can advise you on what might suit best..hope this helps a little

I still may try and just have them do minimal on his face. In the past, wherever the face paint is, he'll be bright pink the next day. He looked real cute with his natural Carnival whale tails the day after they painted them on the kids at the kids club on our last cruise! Although, if what they're using around his eyes is actual makeup and not paint, he may be fine.

Hi would you please share were you found the information? I would love to make a reservation grandson this fall.

Thanks!
