Pirates League appointment timing

So we booked our cruise pretty late and the only appointments left are after dinner (early seating). Will a 6:45p appointment be enough time for dinner and to make the show? I'm wondering if it'll even be worth it given they'll barely have any time to enjoy it.

(1) You will have a VERY rushed dinner in the MDR; we have never had a meal there that ended before 7:15pm;
(2) If I recall, the appointment took about 45 minutes and the Mickey show is at 7:30, so you'll probably miss the start of that show and not have a great view. But, the later Captain Jack show isn't until 10pm, so you'd have plenty of time for that.
(3) The pirate makeover was the biggest waste of money I've spent on DCL. They just put a bit of makeup on for $50. And it's a pain in the *** to try in vain to scrub that makeup off our kids before bedtime. So I wouldn't feel like you are missing out on anything critical if you decide not to do it.

Ha.. thanks for the reply. You made the decision pretty easy. We'll just bring our own costumes, cancel the appointments and not rush anything.
