Pirate's Lair

I've read that Pirate's Lair at TS's Island has been closed all week. What's going on with it?

What I saw this week was a raft full of plastic buckets, and an island full of workers. I would guess some kind of painting was going on, but that would only be a guess since I couldn't see what was in the buckets.

I'm hoping that it's open again when we are there later this week. My Mom, sister and I haven't been on the island since the 70's!

We saw workers taking buckets of fill dirt over to the island. It was closed at least through Thursday of last week.

I hope it's open by the time we get there in about a month! My boys loved TSI and they know it's now become the Pirates Lair, a friend sent them a map of Pirates Lair and they are really excited to experience it!

I have heard from several sources that TSI was reopened on Friday. Hopefully, it continues to stay that way. . .

I just got back from DL and it was open on Friday.
