my friend says she's won five games and hasn't gotten any keys.

edit - I've won three and not gotten any either.

edit again - I tried to send a contact us about the keys and about a problem I'm having with the tickets and it says "Sorry, no FAQs could be found matching your problem. Can you please try to describe your problem again?". I sent in a help message in game and they said to have a parent help me. I am a parent. I told them what it said and they said to select a different option.

So I selected that I wanted to give feedback on the game...

They did just that. But they are also harder to get.

It always gets coral? Are you sure? I hate coral. I much prefer credits, walls, or even empty (since it gives you credits). If you could trade or sell coral I wouldn't mind, but the only use I've found for it is try to fill my pins up with it.

I might have to switch to level two.

Actually no, I am getting keys every 3 wins on every level. And the multi use coral magic was a bug and has been fixed...they also removed it from inventories of those who got one.
