Pirates 50th Anniversary

Does anyone know what plans Disney has for the potc 50 th birthday? If I have missed this information somewhere sorry and please let me know. I can't seem to find anything online so far about it. And the last couple of days of my trying to call them for information has been futile due to extremely long wait times.

I've read that the ride is getting a couple updates and that a new Pirates segment is being added to Fantasmic! but I don't know the validity of either of those rumors.

Thank you. Yes I had read about the F! POTC segment. And that the ride attraction is going under refurbishment for some time (Feb 3 - March 15) I don't know tho what exactly this refurbishment entails. I am hoping some kind of awesome celebration will be held.
