We've decided that it will probably be too hot to dress in full pirate regalia for the P&P party, so we want to get matching pirate t-shirts. Anybody know a good source? I seem to remember a fewposts mentioning an online store, but I ran a search and can't find it. I checked out a few websites, but would like a recommendation from someone with firsthand experience. If I have to order them, I'll need to do it soon, since our party is on May 16.

I just got back from Disney (sniff sniff) but I had a wonderful time!!!

The PP & P party is TOTALLY worth it!!!!!!

It was a bit warm when we went I wore a black skort with fishnet stockings, I did rip them a bit and I had a fabulous black tshirt with Capt. Jack Sparrow on it and when we "met him" which you must do it is sooo fun. He got a kick out of it. My best friend had Will Turner on hers so it was quite funny.

Must see the Parade it was awesome and the fireworks Rocked!!

You could always do what I did and get the rhinestone iron on at Joannes!!

the white shirt has the iron-on, the skirt I made.

You could look on sites with Pittsburgh Pirates merchandise. My DH is a big Pittsburgh fan and although we are not going to the P & P party, we are going to take some pictures with our shirts donning pirate gear at POTC shop.

Go over to the creative DISigns board. There are a bunch of fantastic designs, and the designers are willing to personalize. Then buy shirts at any store (I usually go to a craft store, but cheap ones from Target or WalMart will work, too). Get some iron on paper, print them and iron them to the shirts. That's how I do all our shirts...whith the exception of the few that I use my embroidery machine for...

Thanks for the great ideas everybody! DS may wear his T-shirt again, but I don't have many opportunities to wear a pirate shirt, so I didn't really want to spend $20 on a T-shirt for myself. I think the iron on transfer idea will be perfect for me!

We went to the April 16 P&P party. I bought our family matching bandanas for $.99/each. I also went to the local party store, and got eyepatches in the Pirates of the Caribbean party favor section. Those were $1/each. The bandanas were red, and we all wore coordinating plain t-shirts, which we already had. So for a grand total of less than $10, we looked like a group of pirates.

Have fun!~
