Pirate Cruise with kids on spectrum

We always stay at the CBR and I know they have the Pirate Cruise.

Has anyone with ASD child done the cruise?

My son is 8 1/2 and HFA, but I'm scared about him going.

How are the CMs? About how many kids are there on the cruise?

Ds did the cruise last year at 4.5. He is on the spectrum and usually has severe seperation anxiety. I told him about the cruise and shosed him pics. He wanted to go. We did the one from the yacht club area and he had a blast. There were 2 cast members who were so great. That particular day there were 4 other children. He can't wait to go again this year.
