When was the last time anyone has seen him? We haven't seen him out for quite some time now.

I've seen him on main street as soon as you go through the tunnels.

In January, He and Gepetto were in the Meet and Greet at the Big Thunder Jamboree. It wasn't officially Long Lost Friends, but that's pretty much what it was.

You can ask at Guest Services, I believe it is, to find out when specific characters will be out and about.

We almost always see him at the entrance to Main Street, just after you cross under the railroad, right at rope drop. It's been a while since my last trip, so that could have changed, but he's pretty reliably there, over on the right-hand side.
