Also I live in an apartment and was going to forward this to my neighbor that has similar address... just 1 digit off. Would they then deny us both if he signed up? Or do they realize it is a separate "household"?

You get money (through Paypal and gift certificates) for reading emails, doing daily survey's, and signing up for stuff. I started doing it because I read here how so many people were doing it, and I've made $40 already, without any percentages back for shopping through them!
The owner of the site is a Diser too.

I signed up but after sending in my initial survey information, I haven't heard from them.

I got the welcome e-mail with the sign in info...did the initial survey so they can match you with surveys they have, and have heard nothing. Now I can't even log into the site with the initial info they sent me. I think I will have to send an e-mail.

If I copy/paste the login info I get rejected. Try retyping it in the login windows- worked for me... hopefully it will work for you too.
