Thank you for taking the time to post this!! I was with them once and then somehow they had a glitch in their system and they helped me get back in one time (with the explanation that they had a glitch in their system) and then I never heard from them again!!

Hopefully, this time I'll get in and be able to stay in.

I just checked and it's still active. Can you try accessing it with a different browser? I don't know if that would make any difference or not.

Is it just in the top box that keeps changing? Eventually it will show Pinecone?

When you click on the USA link, it should take you to a sign up page. That is where you need to get to.

Well it kept erroring out for me, so I called my DH and he did the signup for me. So now we just have to wait for the confirmation!!
