Pineapple Upsidedown Cake

Once upon a time I was able to get a single serving at Pop Century...and "pineapple cake" is still on the menu...but alas no cake was available the weekend of June 2-4. Does anyone know any other place that offers this?

It's not pineapple upside down cake but it is a pineapple-involved cake-based dessert:

Skipper Canteen has a Coconut Bar with Pineapple-Basil Compote and Vanilla Cream (Vanilla Chiffon Cake with Coconut and Lime-White Chocolate Ganache) which was great!

Caribbean Beach Resort's food court had them but seeing the food court is now under a tent I don't know.
