How do we get paid for these? Do we have to request payment, or do they just send it out?

They send payment automatically.

They do pay through paypal now but you need to select it as your preferred payment method by contacting them. If you don't they will send you a check after you complete the survey.

I am really excited about Pinecone!

I signed up a few weeks ago and hadn't got anything, but then about 4 days agao they sent me my first survey and I have received two since. Plus I already have a test product (got it in the mail today) and it is a $10 payout once I submit my opinion!!
