Wow, thats a lot of pins!! They are great though, did you have a fun trip?

Wonderful!!

I kept saying I wasn't going to buy more and then ended up just roaming the ship and back in the stores....and the pins were just there....so hard to resist

Welcome home Nancy. :)

Wow lots of pins, very nice. I like the Tink on best.

WOW those are some great pins!!

Welcome back from your trip!! It sounds like it went GREAT!!:thumbsup2 Makes me want to get on my vacation NOW!! (It is not till Dec.)

I will try to get a mini trip report done sometime this week. We'll see how that goes

no trading. I didn't bring any pins with me :(
but lots was being done. they had a certain time every night to meet and trade too and the CMs, of course, had their lanyards on.
one guy was getting rid of a lot of his collection and had a bag full of pins.

Nice pins! I like the Goofy painting ( I suppose the ship) the best! :)

Ordinarily when you go to WDW do you trade pins?

Bobbi:)

I have never traded pins in person
I may try it next time....Nov.

Yes, Goofy is painting the ship.
There is a decoration hanging off the real ship like that. Very cute.

Too shy....and it is a new found addiction, thanks to some people here :rotfl:

Honestly, you can't be any more shy than I am. Believe me. My sister and I first got into pin trading a few years ago when there was a coupon for a free pin in the Orlando magazine. The coupon was good at the World of Disney Store. So every day while on vacation, we'd take a coupon and get a free pin. I think that helped us approach CMs for trading. It also hooked us. That was the beginning of our addiction. It all happened so fast. . .:rotfl2:
And now, no turning back. :rotfl:

Well, you had your sister ;)
If I had someone to do it with me, at least to start, that would help.
I am going to give it a try in Nov.....we'll see how that goes.

That's true, I did have my sister and she was as shy about it as I was. Once you do it a couple of times, you realize how much fun it is and you just want to approach every CM you see with a lanyard. :cool1:

DH won't trade but he will point out that he "noticed" a pin I might like to trade for on a CM lanyard. When I hand him a pin and tell him he can trade it, he won't. :rotfl2:

I have a feeling by November you will be all psyched and ready to trade! :thumbsup2

I'm quite a shy person but I managed to do quite a bit of trading for the 1st time on my last visit to Disneyland Paris. If I can trade with people who don't speak English as their 1st language (the CM's at DLP are amazing at English though and I did some great trades, the CM's were so nice!) then anyone can trade!!

Hmmm...I could get DH to trade for me...he isn't shy!!
I will give it a try.
I know I got my friend interested in trading, but that would mean I need her to go on another trip with me ;)
